1. What is Patternish Studio Pro and what is a web app?
Patternish Studio Pro is a web app with three different features designed for those who create patterns using Procreate: an offset filter to help with seamless repeats, a pattern preview to see the repetition and check alignments, and a color tester to create variations and test new palettes. A web app is an application that runs directly in your browser without the need for installations. Patternish Studio Pro is not a drawing or creation app.
2. What are the usage recommendations and prerequisites?
It is recommended to use Patternish Studio Pro in the Safari browser on your iPad in conjunction with Procreate. The web app runs on other tablets and browsers, and can be used alongside other programs, but you may lose some features or experience web app malfunctions.
3. Will Patternish Studio Pro be useful to me?
Patternish Studio Pro was created to assist pattern designers who create their artwork in Procreate and want to make seamless repeats in a faster way and without the risk of errors. If you use Procreate and need to streamline your pattern creation process, Patternish Studio Pro is perfect for you.
4. What language is the app in?
This is the English version of the web app. The entire page and the application are in English. The tutorial is in Portuguese, and you can turn on automatic closed captions on YouTube. A fully English tutorial will be released soon.
5. How is the subscription charged?
The Patternish Studio Pro subscription is charged only once a year. This means you get 12 months of access to the web app. Your subscription will renew automatically every year on the same date you subscribed.
6. What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will receive a refund only for the unused months (within up to 60 days).
7. Will my designs be safe?
Yes. Since the web app runs locally in your device's browser, no image is stored on external servers or databases. We will never be able to see the images you sent. Patternish Studio Pro does not use any images you upload for any artificial intelligence training or analysis. Once the page is refreshed or closed, all your files will disappear.
8. What if I need help?
Inside the web app, you will have access to a tutorial (in Portuguese) with a complete step-by-step guide (in Portuguese) on how to use the web app and integrate it into your creation routine. If you still have any questions or need extra help, write to alo@patternish.com.br
